Tunji Ologbon Partnership is a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers established in 1995.registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) to practice the profession of real estate surveying and valuation throughout the Federation. We have a clear vision to provide professional services to our clients in a uniquely responsive manner.
The firm commenced business in 1995 in Lagos. Clients’ demand had necessitated our opening an office in Abuja. We are, therefore, now operating from 2 main branches, namely Lagos and Abuja.
We have been involved in a wide range of consultancy jobs for both public and private sector clients; and in particular, we have undertaken a whole lot of property/asset valuation jobs for various purposes. We are currently retained/listed by the following organizations:

MANAGEMENT/ PARTNERS’ PROFILE
ADETUNJI AFOLABI OLOGBON (MANAGING PARTNER): Tunji Ologbon is an Estate Surveyor and Valuer of repute with over 30 years’ experience in all aspect of Estate Surveying and Valuation. He was the best graduating student with Upper Credit in Estate Management at The Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi in 1984. An Associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) since 1993 and registered by Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board (ESVARBON) in 1995, he had an extensive career with the Ondo State Ministry of Lands and Housing, where he worked for eight consecutive years. He joined the firm of Jide Taiwo & Co as a Senior Surveyor in 1993, holding various responsibilities in the Valuation departments of the Firm until May, 1995 when he resigned to set up Tunji Ologbon Partnership
JOHN OLUGBADE OLANIYI (SENIOR PARTNER): Gbade Olaniyi graduated in Estate Management in 1987 from The Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi. He also obtained a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the University of Lagos in 2012. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and the Nigerian Institute of Management. (NIM). He is a seasoned and versatile professional who has led various teams in valuation assignments of both heavy and light industries. Mr. Olaniyi was admitted into partnership after a very profound career spanning over two decades. He was at various times Senior Estate Surveyor with Bisi Adegboye & Partners as well as Oludemi, Jagun, Dosunmu & Co. where he worked for eighteen consecutive years, and rose to become an Associate Partner overseeing Valuation and Projects Management department of the Firm, before joining Tunji Ologbon Partnership.
JOSEPH KEHINDE BINUYO, ANIVS, RSV (ASSOCIATE PARTNER): Joseph Binuyo holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) Degree in Estate Management from the Federal University of Technology, Minna in 2002, and a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning (MURP) from the University of Ibadan in 2011. He is an Associate Member of The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He has had an eventful career spanning nearly over a decade, including working as lecturer at Federal Polytechnic, Damaturu, Yobe-State during which he has been involved in a lot of major valuation trainings.
OLUSEUN AWOFISOYE, ANIVS, RSV. (PARTNER): Seun graduated in 2001 with a second-class upper credit in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is an Associate Member of The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He is experienced and astute professional, he has been very in much a part of most of the major asset valuation assignments undertaken by the firm in recent times.
ABIODUN OMOTAYO OLADIMEJI ANIVS, RSV (ASSOCIATE PARTNER): Biodun. Omotayo graduated with distinction in HND (Estate Management) from the Osun State College of Technology, Esa-oke in 2001. He is a registered estate surveyor & valuer and an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). He is an experienced and resourceful professional, He was at various times with Kayode Iyanda & Associates, Rowland Abonta & Co with prolific experience spanning nearly a decade.
JOSEPH JIDE EEBO (PRINCIPAL SURVEYOR): Jide Eebo graduated in 1993 with a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. He is an Associate Member of The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He is experienced and astute professional, he has been very in much a part of most of the major asset valuation assignments undertaken by the firm in the last decade.
